Working for community Cohesion has been nothing but a blessing for me. The organisation gave me space to grow in my profession. It challenged me to give my best in everything so that I can be one of the best. Community Cohesion has professionals who know their work and who also there for everyone. At community cohesion, you are never feeling judged or left behind in anything. The environment is conducive and welcoming. The organisation also allowed me to grow and grasp first-hand experience which will be with me forever.
I have a huge impact in the organisation, rendering best services to my clients is what helps me to bring change for the organisation. We are here for our clients, without them there won’t be community cohesion. I pledged to deliver nothing but the best for our clients and the community at large. Raising the flag of the organisation and making sure that we are known and trusted by our clients is what I am doing already.
What keeps me going is the love and mentoring I get from the organisation. All the time I am supervised and given all the tools and resources which I can use with my clients. Continuous learning is what also keeps me going forward. It’s true that social work profession challenges professionals to continue learning so that they can develop and grow as professionals.
